New Soldier Adopted

We just adopted a new service person.  His name is Brad Shamblin.  He is serving in Afghanistan with his National Guard unit.  Brad is a good friend of Bob and Julie's daughter and was a part of the Summers 'family' in Illinois.

 

Many area youth have community service volunteer requirements for classes or other groups.  The monthly dinners here at St. Andrew’s are always in need of crew members.  Future dinners will be the first Thursday in April and May from 5-7 pm.  If you need community service hours, please contact Julie Summers.  We can always use the extra help. 
Attention high school students
 If you are in need of community service hours or would just like to make a difference in someone's life Chelsea Community Hospital will have Volunteer Applications available starting April 1.  The applications will be available at the Hospital Information Desk or in the Volunteer Services Department.
